Revocable License & Admission Policy
This ticket is a revocable license that grants the holder the right to attend a Long Island Rough Riders event. By attending this event, the holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with attending the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and exposure to communicable diseases. Long Island Rough Riders, its affiliates, employees, players, and venue operators are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained before, during, or after the event, regardless of cause. The holder releases Long Island Rough Riders from any liability, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Long Island Rough Riders reserves the right to revoke this license, refuse admission, or eject any person for any reason, including but not limited to behavior that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive (including but not limited to intoxication, disorderly behavior, throwing objects, possession of prohibited items, and use of abusive or vulgar language). No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Ticket Use & Validity
This ticket is valid only for the date and time printed on the ticket. Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets will not be replaced. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources, including third-party resellers or scalpers, may be invalid, counterfeit, or lost/stolen and will not be honored. Ticket resale is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by the Long Island Rough Riders.
Prohibited Items & Security Screening
All attendees and carried items are subject to search upon entry. The following items are strictly prohibited:
• Weapons of any kind, including firearms and knives
• Pyrotechnics, fireworks, explosives, and flammable substances
• Illegal substances, including drugs and drug paraphernalia
• Any other items deemed dangerous by event security
Failure to comply with security procedures may result in denied entry or ejection without refund.
Alcohol & Substance Policy
The possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages outside designated areas is strictly prohibited. Violators will be ejected without refund. Long Island Rough Riders reserves the right to refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated.
Media & Photography Release
By attending this event, the ticket holder grants the Long Island Rough Riders the right to use their image, likeness, and voice in any live or recorded broadcast, promotional materials, or media without compensation.
Age & Entry Policy
Individuals aged 6 and older must have a ticket for entry.
Children aged 5 and under are admitted free of charge and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Refund, Cancellation, & Rescheduling
All purchases are final sale. No returns or refunds are permitted.
If an event is postponed, the ticket will be honored for the rescheduled date.
In the event of a canceled game due to weather or other circumstances, your tickets will be honored for admission on the rescheduled date, or will be credited for a future match.
Date and time of events are subject to change. Long Island Rough Riders is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to rescheduling or cancellation.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
The ticket holder assumes all risks incidental to attending the event. Long Island Rough Riders, its affiliates, employees, and venue operators are not responsible for injuries, lost or stolen items, or any other damages incurred before, during, or after the event.
Unauthorized Commercial Use
This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or sweepstakes without prior written authorization from the Long Island Rough Riders. Unauthorized use of this ticket for commercial purposes may result in ticket revocation.
Force Majeure
The Long Island Rough Riders is not liable for any delays, postponements, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to severe weather, acts of God, pandemics, government regulations, strikes, or facility-related issues.
Term Updates
We reserve the right to update any ticketing information including but not limited to event details, ticket pricing, availability or policies as we see fit at any time without prior notice. In these instances, we shall have the right to terminate any orders involving pricing errors or inaccuracies.
Indemnity
By purchasing and using this ticket, the holder agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Long Island Rough Riders, its officers, directors, agents, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from:
• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Any activity related to the ticket holder’s actions at the event
This includes but is not limited to legal fees and costs incurred in defense of such claims.
